It’s not just your average snowcone. Chad and his family are from New Orleans, and they’ll tell you that's the capital of snowcones.

Sour belts on top, whipped cream!? To revive an old catchphrase from former American Idol judge Randy Jackson, "that's a no from me, dawg."

But I am definitely going to check out this place, presumably at the Strawberry Festival in March if they are going. I'm all for flavors that don't make sense with food, but you keep that sour belt whipped cream stuff away from me.
